Ruizhou Won the first prize of the 4th "Foshan High-tech Progress Award"

Led by Ruizhou Technology, and jointly participated by Guangdong University of Technology, the project "Technology R&D and Industrialization of Intelligent Nesting and Cutting System for Lace Flexible Materials" won the first prize of the 4th "Foshan High-tech Progress Award".

Lace intelligent nesting high-precision cutting machine

It mainly solves the cutting problems of lace materials, such as various patterns, flexibility, thinness and difficulty in fixing. Through comprehensive machine vision, intelligent compensation, digital cutting and other methods, Ruizhou has developed a set of intelligent nesting and intelligent cutting system, which solves the technical problems of high-precision nesting and cutting of lace materials. This machine improves production efficiency and product quality, and reduces scrap rate at the same time.

The technology of this project is internationally advanced, and it has been authorized one Chinese invention patent, one international invention patent, one utility model patent, two appearance patents, and two registered software copyrights. In addition, this project has formed a series of products and has been applied in well-known leading enterprises in the leather, apparel, underwear, and home textile industries.
