The Electrical Oscillating Tool is super suitable for kinds of soft materials cutting. It’s coordinated with various kinds of blades, applied for cutting different materials. Such as the composite materials,kt board, honeycomb board, car mat, seat cover, corrugated cardboard, carton box, grey board, leather, gasket, rubber, fiber glass,carpet, blanket, flexible plastic,ect. 

2. Driven Rotary Tool.

The Driven Rotary Tool puts the materials through the high-speed rotating blades driven by the servo motor. The tool can be fitted with circular blades. It is especially suitable for cutting textile fabric materials. Cutting materials: textiles, canvas, garment, fabric, carbon fabric, fur, woven fabric, etc.

3. Creasing Wheel Tool.

The Creasing Wheel Tool for folding lines making on the corrugated materials. Cutting materials: Corrugated board, packing box, folding card, carton,cardboard, etc.

4. Ruizhou Routing Tool.

The Routing Tool also means Milling Tool, for various rigid plates cutting and with 0.8-2.2KW. Cutting materials: acrylic MDF board, display stand, pvc board, etc.

5. Pneumatic Oscillating Tool.

Driven by compressed air, the Pneumatic Oscillating Tool with 8mm amplitude, it’s especially for cutting hard, compact materials and for multiple-layer materials cutting. The tool can cut the material up to 50mm by blades. Cutting materials: multiple layers of PU, EVA, foam, asbestos board, rubber board, thick rubber, hard midsole etc. 

6. Ruizhou Punching Tool.

The Punching Tool for holes punching. The diameter of the hole from 0.8mm to 8mm. 

7. Drag Cutting Tool.

Ruizhou Drag Cutting Tool for through-cutting and half-cutting. It can perfectly cut materials with the thickness up to 5mm.

Cutting materials: film, sticker, PVC, folding card, folding carton, flexible material, KT board, flexible plastics, mobile phone, printing blankets, rubber, etc.

8. V-Cutter Tool.

The V-Cutting Tool is the perfect tool for producing complex, three-dimensional structural designs made of cardboard, foam core materials or corrugated honeycomb display board. The VCT cuts materials up to 16 mm thick at five different angles (0° 15° 22.5° 30° 45°).
